This app is designed for people with poor health to provide a personalized exercise plan, including breathing exercises, muscle strengthening exercises and stretching exercises, to improve the users fitness level.In addition, it can cooperate with the lung function sensor kit developed by the Department of Rehabilitation Science of Hong Kong Polytechnic University to provide users with comprehensive physical condition monitoring.Features:• With built-in heart rate monitoring, and the user self-records the degree of exercise effort, so as to record the users situation before and after exercise.• The app has a built-in feature to adjust the recommended exercise intensity level based on the users self-reported data and condition• Create an appropriate exercise program• Audio and video guidance available• It also cooperates with the monitoring of the users lung function by the lung function sensor kit• Multiple exercise programs can be freely selected• Users can increase or decrease the amount of exercise according to their personal ability• There is a security mechanism.
By monitoring the users physical condition, if it is found that the user is not suitable for exercising that day, the user will be stopped from continuing to exercise
